MYSQL could not connect to host. (weird issue) config ok

Here is my config for revcms. Even tried with holo. I am going to run a bcstorm hotel.

Tried with plusemu also. still the same error.

However PHP manager has failed to install. Could that be the issue?

Is the database name bcstorm? Does the database exist? Also RevCMS is outdated so you can only use PHP 5.X and MySQL 5.X

That’s probably the issue. I think I installed MySQL 8.

Php is correct
And yeah the database name is bcstirm and it does exist
