Hello, absolutely we don't give out information out like that. They are encrypted i believe and its almost impossible for use to edit user's account as we can not. So its either that you are giving your account out or just putting a easy password.

It sounds like you unintentionally gave someone access to your account, whether it be by logging into your account on a VPS that not only you had access to, used the same password that you did on FindRetros on another site, among other things. With that being said, no staff member can change your password. Nor do they even have access to your account details.
