Feedback My First Banner

So I've recently started making Habbo Designs now and I would like some feedback on my first Habbo Banner design.

As your first banner, it's a good attempt but I don't like it.
Reasons:
- Stretched background
- Stretched logo
- Stretched 'enter hotel'
- Very pixelated
- Bar at the bottom looks a bit cramped.

To improve you could make the banners a bit smaller and try and get the right size icons etc.
