Looks okay. I'm not sure if you meant to leave the background of the flares visible or not. Try brushing the flare edges with a soft eraser brush to get rid of the background. It'd look much cleaner then. Anyway, good work!

As it has already been said above, flare OTT. However, it's not terrible. It's quite effective and certainly stands out. There are ways in which it can be improved, but for now, it's pretty sweet. Nice work
