More Perks/Plusses for Premium Subscriptions

I suggest doing a complete remodel of premium subscriptions to DevBest. Premium users should have the following things regular members do not:

• Access to an Arcade​
• Ability to flag their own names​
• Ability to have a custom user title​
• More images in their signatures​
• Add a Badge in the user's postbit​

If you have any more, Please reply them and I will add them to the list.
