Modifying .cct files for Lumisota

If anyone knows anything about "recovering" protected cast files, I could sure use some help. The old recovery tool "recover-cct" is really hit-or-miss. I'm just trying to make some changes to the Lumisota server config, and I believe the server config is inside one of the cast files. I really hope I'm wrong and it's something blatantly obvious.

Do you have the Xtras folder next to recover-cct like this?

If not, download them here:

You must be registered for see links

Then you should be able to unprotect the .cct files.
