Copy a .php file, called it guide.php or something, and edit the content with your rules. Simples!!

Much easier than wasting time finding one

he wants the moderator handbook from uber that shows you howto handle stuff etc..

As said previously, its common sense to create rules yourself. Much easier.
Even a noob is more than capable of creating rules.
If they dont know how to write a rule book (them being the owner), they shouldnt be running a hotel

This thread is pointless creating rules is one of the most simplest damn things to do

His asking for help? the thread is not pointless and if your not going to help don't post.

Ontopic: The best suggestion is to edit a php file what already exists and re-name it moderation guide thats all you can do really it would take ages for you to run a full moderation training programme on how to deal with situations if you would like to do that just set cfh's for them in the hotel itself and see how they handle them really the moderation hand book would be helpful but it would take a lot to create it like a java online modeation simulation I would just do what i've said and then carry it out ones in a while.
