Where does the GTA V community sit currently with Modding? I've had the game since it was released (2 weeks pre release date thanks to Amazon), however I have not played it half as much as I ever planned to. I have finally just downloaded it again and am considering modding my singleplayer (LSPDFR) and was just curious as to everybody's opinions on the whole modding scene for GTA V both on Singleplayer and on Multiplayer.

I am aware of FiveM but am just curious as to the amount of modders still kicking around in freemode lobbies on the base game as this is kinda what put me of playing in the first place.

Theres so many people that mod at this point it doesnt even matter. If you look online the amount of modding services is ridiculous and most people I know have at least paid to get everything unlocked and damn near infinite cash.

I find it disgusting the amount of people that want to hack or hack online... In my eyes it rips the fun out of it all completely...

Eh I didn't care for GTA:V at all. I found the gameplay extremely repetitive and the storyline boring. The online was cool for a bit but I agree the amount of people who mod and/or grief is just annoying

I admit it is repetitive, however I believe the game may be more enjoyable online if it was fair for everyone, however with so many hacks kicking around online it becomes boring for others who chose not to take part in that.

Exactly, I've been thinking about also getting into the LSPDFR as I've always dreamed about being a cop.
As a modder myself it's fun at times though you do risk alot of things being a modder.

Yeah but when it's single player there is not much worry. Once the 'multiplayer' side of things starts then that's where you have problems.

Most online mods seep to be dying out on PC, tbh. In all honesty, I only mainly use the 'mod menus' right now.

To be fairly honest it's mainly LSPDFR which is the big thing for modders as it gives you that realistic aspect of being a police officer. I personally haven't ever used GTA without LSPDFR and that's because I think without it the game becomes boring.
