PC MineCraft server development help!

In need of someone who knows a lot about Minecraft servers right now. I've always wanted to run and own a server so i need very good builders, server managers, etc, yes I will fund everything we would need to make the server look high quality as possible. This would be a faction server with the theme of an enchanted universe.

There's plenty of hosting companies that offers clickable setup of Minecraft servers, included an index of various different click to install mods.

Somebody that can do all the work of creating the server, they will be paid.

Sorry to be honest, but if you can't even configure / setup a Minecraft server of your own, you're not even qualified enough to own one.
I'd understand if you'd have to set it up from scratch, but as written above, there are literally tons of tools, websites and hosting that offers to do that for you.

(I owned one 5-6 years ago, and I literally only had to CTO everything)

It's 5 years ago I barely think they exist anymore as they were danish.
You can do some quick research yourself, if you can even bother to do so.

Believe it or not, Minecraft servers will 99.99% not go anywhere's without initial investment. You also have to know what you're doing, or you're going to be spending more on hiring developers and server managers. I invested a lot to my old server, it got 200-300 daily players but that lasted a few months than died. Also, not to mention - that was a number of years ago (3-4). Times have changed, you need double or even triple the amount I invested, by then - you're looking into the thousands. If you don't know how to create a Minecraft server in 2017, don't start.

Honestly, you don't really need much to get started. A simple server hosted on one of the websites listed by @Sentinel and you're set! Just watch a few tutorials and install the plugins you need, it would all take less than a day.

I used to manage a solid 30 - 40 player Faction server and the users were extremely loyal. If you ever expect anything over that you're going to need a dedicated staff team or a really entertaining server.

As for server costs, it really just depends on the userbase you appeal to. If it's purely kids playing your server, don't expect much. You know, unless they have gracious parents. It's usually teenagers or young adults that will buy the in game perks and use the donation store which helps with the server costs (so you can run long term).

I had their unlimited ram plan 4-5 months ago and it was the laggiest thing ever - even with 0 plugins installed. Not too sure how 'unlimited ram' is a thing? I was getting very bad ping to my own server and the TPS was hovering around 11-12.

Not to mention their support was garbage.
