Minecraft Screwed Up?

Whenever i run minecraft,it looks like this:

Someone said delete system32,but i am not because it will screw the shit out of my computer.Thanks

you have 3D on in your option

While changing your options you must of switched on "3D:Yes" therefore giving you 3D vision. You can disable it, and if you had 3D glasses maybe turn it back on xD

Main Screen -> Options -> Video Settings -> 3D Anaglyph -> Off

Also, if you're using OptiFine, you do it this way:

Main Screen -> Options -> Video Settings -> Other Settings -> 3D Anaglyph -> Off
