PC Minecraft Project Help

Just downloaded a project from Planet Minecraft but unsure about how to open it in-game. Please could someone help me via Teamviewer?

We offer help on here since team viewer takes the problem away from the boards so if members have the same problem they can use this thread, upload some screen shots and some more information.

Yeah we need more information, is it an adventure map, a texture pack or what?

Its a project that someone else has made, but I'm trying to be able to play around in his creation..

What exactly is the project? A "project" could be a porno for all I can make out from the details you've offered us in this thread.

On Planet Minecraft, at the top is a 'Projects' drop down. In all fairness, do not worry about this anymore.
