Thats why, make sure all firewalls are closed I didnt know myself there was more then one firewall but I disabled one and it still wasnt working which made me search and I found another windows firewall open

MySQL doesn't have anything to do with it.

I ask for you to check any javaw.exe processes because you of already clicked the jar file instead of the batch file.
