PC Minecraft 1.7.5 sounds - wtf

so, i just turned on minecraft just wanna play for fun, but when i click on the screen(on the minecraft client), random voices appear. like "Click!" and some random guys singing like " daaaa dooooo dooo dooooooooo". it keeps going when im playing, when im walking on grass, random voice says: "Grass!" or any other block im walking on.
it was funny first time but now it's driving me crazy cuz there's no option to make it shut the fuck up, except turning master volume off, but i'll not be able to hear anything then. (i might have missed something)
how do i turn off that sound?

nope, i removed every file in .minecraft folder (i couldn't change from 1.5.2 to 1.7.5), and downloaded another minecraft.exe, (deleted the other one i had). and this appeared.
