min_rank Catalogue Errors!

I put min_rank in Staff Catalogue to '3' which is my Gold VIP rank, and put all the sub-pages in 'Staff' to '3'

I did :update_ with everything, and even restarted the emulator...

And Nobody but rank 7+ can see it...

I even checked the database again, it says rank 3 but they can't see it.

It's because of the order_id.
