Microsoft Surface: What do you think?

So what do you think of the Microsoft Surface?

I think it's a pretty cool idea that could mean great things for Microsoft. However, I am quite concerned about the path they are taking with this. Windows 8 and the devices being released with it signify a heavy shift from the PC we know and currently love. I will have trouble coming to terms with the time when I don't sit at a computer chair with a keyboard and mouse any longer, but I know that it is looming. What are your thoughts?

I think it's pretty cool, but i am not a fan of tablets.
I would always prefer a laptop over a tablet.
