Maybe Problem in my vps ??

Guys When i change the settings in config.php to my ip on vps it doesnt work ,, I've tried alot of solutions , any suggestions ??
Im Using Amazon Web Services VPS

Kinda isn't since he's talking about Rev.

What happens when you change the IP? I'm 99.9% sure you keep MySQL details as 127.0.0.1 unless you aren't running the database on that machine.

Also, what isn't working the site itself from an external machine? Or just the client?

Number 1 why are you using amazon?
Number 2 leave the MySQL engine as localhost or 127.0.0.1

I fixed the problem the ports wasn't opened i opened them from the cpanel and it worked , btw i need a developer for my retro any one wanna be ??
