Material Design is the latest design trend that has been created by Google.
Quoting from the site "We challenged ourselves to create a visual language for our users that synthesizes the classic principles of good design with the innovation and possibility of technology and science. This is material design. " - I think this sums up just how much potential this has.
What I want to know is, who is thinking of taking up this trend? Will you start designing material?
I know for sure, when I get the time I think I'm going to focus my designs more around the Material trend as much as possible, just because it's uber sexy. Here's an example of what can be done using Material Design:
