Mannequins turn white

Any clue why when the room gets unloaded/loaded the mannequins turn white but when you click them it shows the outfit? I am trying to make them work as my building team is building the clothing store.

I am using ShineRP v1 (based off plus emulator). Also using the 2017 swfs.

It's an annoying issue. Just rotate them once unloaded then it should be fixed.

Well that's not a good idea for a rp cause you constantly need those to be rotated and the room unloaded Everytime all the users leave. I managed to fix mine from doing it
