a good start to be honest it dont look amazing but it does look ok
keep drawing eventually you will get better.

Tomorrow i'm planning on starting real human anatomy and doing some sort of portrait.

well ill quote some mistakes you did

-shape of the head is wierd. Manga's always have nicely shaped heads
-eyes are different shape. always draw the eye identical
-you used shading isnt laid out well. some shading under eyebrows but none under the hair 
oh and of course make her a bit more sexy. all manga girls are sexy
