Making custom rooms? [Help]

Does anyone know/is willing to help me, with making custom rooms?

You know how like you can make a room with a certain amount of tiles, etc etc etc, well yeah, I'm in need of help doing that, if you could possibly help/show me a tutorial on how to do that, I'd really appreciate it.

Nah or i can just help you with custom rooms but the repay for me is make me staff a your hotel XD
