1. Get your server for the retro, I put a link to HabLog v9 (My Personal Favorite).
When you get that downloaded extract into the Downloads file or a place were you wont lose it.
2. Get your Site, You can use what ever site you want to, some sites like 000webhosting will delete your site, so I prefer webs or pizco.
When you get your site customize your site the way you like.
5. Ham or Non-Ham
5.1. Here is a tut for non-ham using uTorrent.
5.2. Download Hamachi
3. Getting your loader, I prefer the TheHabbos.org Loader Maker.
When you get there click Pre-Hosted unless you have the Texts, Vars, and DCRs yourself.
3.1. Were it says IP if using Hamachi put your ham ip there.
3.2. Put port 1232 into the port section.
3.3. Put your hotel name in the Hotel Time Spot
3.4. Click Make
4. Copy the HTML code to your site in a HTML code.
5. Start your Server.
5.1. Go to housekeeping and change port to 1232.
And Done Your Hotel Works.
