GTA SA Making a Custom SA-MP script [Help]

So My friend's wanna make a SA-MP script, They have the stuff they wanna put in it, but we don't know how to code it, If you can help please comment or pm, thanks!

Read a tutorial, no one will spoon feed you. If you cannot know day to day operations, then running a server will not benefit you. Also, asking for private help (using PMs and Teamviewer) are against the section rules. You also lack information, you haven't said what the custom script will be.
