I am interested in doing this but I'm guessing your only doing this so someone else buys the dedicated server? I am experienced in the hosting business and know how it all works

What visualization you going to use?(Hyper-V, VMWare or SolusVM?)
Can you afford the monthly payments?

Right mudkips I can set it up if u have the money. I suggest Whmcs SolusVM for automation after purchase and i suggest we use LSN

You could use XenServer, which is what I would recommend.

Nah boxbilling has limited customization and templates and free version u can only have 3 products...

The two most popular types are Xen and OpenVZ. they are free also i used to sell vps and i know a lot about the requirements on selling them and etc
