If i'm quite honest the way the current community is going you'll find you're going to have nothing but bad luck on this one, otherwise you are going to receive quite a lot of messages from the hotels that have owners who cannot so simple things. However I could be wrong wish you the best and hope someones comes along and messages you soon!

Yeah I think you are more likely to find people with no retro or minimal setup. I feel like not many have "stable userbase"
