Looking for someone who can set up a hotel for me on my PC with WAMP

I am looking for someone who can set up a r63 hotel on my Wamp server, someone who knows what they are doing. Wamp is not permanent, I would just like it set up so I can do some edits before it goes live. I prefer the best CMS available along with Phoenix emulator cracked.

I don't advice you use WAMP but since it's temporary give your skype and I'll be glad to help you out

I know Wamp isn't good to use since it's not that secure, but it's how I want it set up for now until I get some edits done and get it live.
I don't have Skype. I have had issues since Microsoft took over.
