Looking for someone to set up a r63 hotel for me

I would like to set up a r63 hotel but I am unsure of what to do. When I tried before, I couldn't get the client to work. I tried again and had an issue with RevCMS. Could anyone set it up for me?

Here's the thing... It will be set up (TEMPORARILY) on Xampp. I will not allow users to go to the hotel on Xampp. I'm just using Xampp because I would like to make some edits before the hotel goes live.

I don't need people telling me Xampp is not secure for a hotel. As I said above, I'm just using it until I can make some edits and then I will purchase a VPS. No reason to waste money on a VPS right now when I'm not sure how long it will take me to finish what I would like to do.

I don't have anything right now but I would like to get the best CMS, Emulator and SWFs available. If it's an option, I would like it so when someone purchases VIP or credits via PayPal, they automatically get them after the payment. Not sure if any CMS supports this.

I would like preferably a free/cracked Emulator because I can't afford to purchase one right now. I will pay you for your time and effort, but I will have to wait until April 11th to pay.
