3 Owners= not good and i would recommend you to practice you're coding before opening a hotel, or it will sadly fail. So just give it some time till you have the money, the skills and the experience to open a retro. Take this as a advice.
You're offering nothing to the person who will be paying and most likely managing & setting up the hotel, if anyone were to accept this offer then they're quite the idiot.
