You can pay but it won't help you get a higher quality pack. Everything people have is already available publicly and will definitely be nearly 10 years old!

Totally agree with this - there's nothing released that is going to be unique for today.
You'll find edits of previous, out-of-date packs if lucky & personally I wouldn't pay for those.

Wait it out, unless you can find somebody with the experience to make you what you want, pay them for the work instead, that is the safer option.
