You're best off finding someone already dedicated within your community. Sort out the things needed (catalog, add furni/clothes, make the necessary edits), launch and open your hotel and find someone who has the time, dedication, and influence to help you manage your community and hotel. I would suggest you don't just hire anyone based on what they SAY they can bring to the table and actually handpick your management team based on performance. I've made that mistake before.
