Hey guy's Im looking for a coder to code a EMU based off of Uber if u can or know anyone who can Please tell me

Well, they get owner on my hotel and stuff so I wouldnt pay them only in owner and i'd try n get them a sub if they dont got one

Not being funny here, but if somebody was to code a custom emu, i doubt they would give it you in exchange for owner on your hotel.
They would make their own.
Your best bet is to learn yourself so you can modify it accordingly.

Other than that if you wish for snippets here and there to stabilize / have new features your best of browsing various mmo forums to see what has been released

I really doubt anyone would code a custom EMU, just for an owernship on a hotel.

If I were to code you own, I would atleast $15+.
