Looking for a coder and tech

Looking for a coder/tech who can code on my rp new commands and etc, i own a rp is on vps but need new commands and i want the coder to be able to code the ideas onto the emulator.
User must have knowledge of C# and knows how to use room ad background for rp and etc.
