but when i go ANY retro
i went to client
but i get disconnected everything.
what is the problem.can anyone help

Are you sure any retros? If so then that would be a problem on your side. As all of the posts said above, try updating your Adobe Flash Player by getting the latest one here:

1. What version is the hotel?
2. include screenshots of your errors
