I am in need of a Logo for my upcoming site.

As you can see in my siggy that is my current logo, something i whipped up quickly
However i am infact in need of 2 logos
A logo with a transparent background
and a logo with a filled background

Basically the main logo is the one with the transparent background and when hovered over the white appears

Logo diemension - 300px × 130px
Colours: Black Border and for the 'hover image' a white background

Looks like it needs something more to me. Let me know if you want something added on or if it's okay and I'll send you over the PSD. I used the orange background to see what it'd look like with it.
