Logo in header won't change

Been looking around for ways to change the 'HabfluxRP' logo in the header of my retro and i've tried everything.
Problem :

You must be registered for see links

Things i've tried:
- C:\inetpub\wwwroot\app\tpl\skins\Theme\images and changing the logo.png to my logo.
- In C:\inetpub\wwwroot\app\tpl\skins\Theme\ there is a 'logos' folder and i've tried putting my logo in there.

Still nothing, help appreciated

It's localhost atm, no domain or vps til i've done the editing needed. Any other way to find out?

Right click it, inspect element, see where the image is. Or check the CSS.
