Why don't you have ago at port forwarding?
it's free and simple to do as long as your router is able to portforward.
P.s. if you are portforwarding, be aware that people can get you router IP and could hack you.
Most people who hack habbo retro(s) are normally nooby hackers who don't understand the logic of hacking so they use a booter, so the only thing they really do is turns your internet off for about 3 minutes, you can always reset your router by the reset button or on the router settings and sometimes if you refresh your router you will optain a new IP.
The new IP really depends of if your IP provider gives you a static or dynamic IP and also depends what router access you have.
