Learning Habbo Retro Language

Hey guys in some months I'll start developing my own retro hotel but I want to learn the language for developing / scripting since I want to make my own points system.
So could anyone link me to a tutorial/guide about the language and btw the language was something with a C but I don't know the rest (FAIL) c++ / c#??

To code a points system you would need to learn Visual C# for the emulator, and PHP for the website (If you're planning on using these points on the website, also)

Visual C#:

I want to know some php and c# before starting my own retro. I want to create some addons etc =)
