changed Database to get EMU working and now 2 little errors need a hand with 1st is the site comes up with this

second is with EMU which comes up with this

to the first error, truncate the table called site_cron (in ur db). the second error, im not sure :S

like, delete everything in that table, BUT KEEP SITE_CRON, JUST EMPTY IT.
