Is there any official API for FindRetros?

I'm trying to code a findretros checker from scratch and for this I need a way of validating if a user has voted for a certain page today, if not redirecting them to the vote page to vote. I know a long time ago (2016 or something there was one with votingapi's validate.php but it seems this no longer works?

It would also help if /ip.php was back so I could actually check what IP findretros is receiving so that I could check it against my $_SERVER['REMOTE_ADDR'] variable

EDIT: I just noticed I was using an old API link and findretrosactually does have the /validate.php, I got a response code of 3, can anyone let me know what each code means?
