Is it possible to use RevCMS on a free web host?

I am trying to learn how to use RevCMS and I was wondering if it is possible to use RevCMS 1.9.9.9 on a free web host as long as I have Phoenix on my Windows computer? Or do I need my own web server (Xampp, Wamp, IIS, etc.) or a VPS?

Yes, you can have the CMS on your web host and the MYSQL + Server on your computer. If you put the SQL on the web host, it might be slowww.

Depends on the size of the CMS and the limitation of the free webhost.

yeah.. i think so... but you then need a vps or your computer to host the emu for the client
