This is my problem, when i used IPlace on my PC it worked.. then i changed to my laptop then i can't log in my account...

Sorry, could you please specify your problem in detail? But if I have inferred correctly, your same cms doesn't work when you tried to use it in laptop correct? Are you on a vps? One possible reason would be, you didn't change your directories. A second possible reason would be, not uploading the same database, I would suggest you to relook at your directories and and use same database used in pc.

Oh, thanks for reminding me that.. i forgot to change some directories..
