iPhone 4 Problems...

Alright, so my iPhone was in my school bag. After school, I took it out and it was slightly wet on the screen (only a few drops). I wiped the water off, then the iPhone would not turn on. When I got home, I chucked it on charge. Now, when it's on charge, it turns on to the apple logo and goes not further than that.

Does this sound like just an iOS error or is my device water damaged?

I don't think its iOS error, Should be water damaged.. Go get it checked asap!

Plug into PC, open iTunes and press home button and sleep button see if this does anything.

Did nothing on iTunes except gave me an error... water damage?

If it was only a few drops It shouldn't of been water damage. Go get it checked out.
