ip_last Phoenix error

I get a random error on my emulator, it was all configured right. I went to restart the emulator for the catalogue, when I opened it back up it disconnects users for the reason: ip_last matching their actual ip... how do I fix this? I'm on Phoenix 3.7.1 cracked
