IP_Last Error Phoenix

ive ran these two sqls

UPDATE users SET ip_last = 0;
UPDATE `server_settings` SET `enable_securesessions` = '0'

And When i load my hotel it dont load then the emu says Connection dropped ip_last error then my ip or the ip im useing ;L Anyone know how to really fix?
