Ip Search error

If I ip check anyone in my hk, I get my hotel's proxy ip. How do I fix this?

I never heard of such an error, does it say this for there current ip also?

Take down HK and Put it back up, it could just be a techinical problem with the Hk

Its neither lol. I've had the error with phoenix when I used it. It told everyone they had too many accounts, since everyone was on my proxy ip, no one could register.

its not lool i had it with phx ages ago

Maybe its your Computer xD but all im saying is i had a similar problem and i rebooted my server
