Hi guys, we opened a hotel with my friend and in the first day we attacked with DDoS, can someone give me an IP hider script and say how the hell does it work? I do not have money, so I typed here for help.

You have an option depending on if there is adequate protection included with your VPS as standard
If you secure your IIS with IIS IP restrictions to only allow traffic from CloudFlare's IP addresses this will make it a little harder to attack your hotel, while doing this look at the CloudFlare firewall, there are a lot of tutorials on Google that list the most dangerous ASN's which you can block from accessing your website which will help a lot.
If you do find you need a TCP proxy as shared by @yoyok we do offer them from our website, we would advise before ordering requesting a new IP address from your server provider and do not share it with anyone or add it to any part of your hotel until you have the TCP proxy in place.
