Do you play iOS games with friends over a bluetooth network?

I have a fun little game idea which nothing big but could pass some time with friends, however im not too sure how popular it is

Yeh thats what i thought most do, however i havent looked into playing over wifi yet, been looking onto bluetooth to get me started, then maybe make a demo app of that and then hopefully move it over to wifi when im better

In a way yes, but its not a LAN connection you would use to access the internet via a pc.
Bluetooth is bluetooth, if you have never heard of it, you must be in the dark ages
Bluetooth is a local connection between devices
