In pixels what is best dimensions for designing webpage in ps

What dimensions do you use? what do you think is popular and useful/

The width of the actual wrapper should be about 1,000-1,200 pixels, imo.

You should make it 4k because that easily scales down to like every resolution in existence that is ever actually used


and 4k is the next standard so its just doing your work quicker because 4k is the future duh

The average web-page fixed width is around 950px-1200px so you can take your pick. However if you plan on doing it responsive, I'd go up higher and do multiple mockups (one for deskop, one for tablet and one for smartphone).
Height is up to you. Something like 3000px covers it, your page shouldn't really be much longer in height any way, but you can always adjust that along the way if need be.
