I'm having some issues can anyone help?

I have a R63A retro, when users join all avatars are white (example in image bellow) i've tried everything i can do to sort this but it's simply not working does anyone have any suggestions?

Obviously not tried everything. Have you tried to delete your cookies and cache?
Edit: Also, you wanna try and check in your 'external_variables.txt' if your SWFs are linked right.

There are a few things that could be causing this:

• A problem with your external variables/external_flash_texts.
• An invalid look, in the database.
• A problem with your clothing swf file, I can't remember the exact name so have a look around.
