Illumina Houskeeping problem{HELP}

When i try to log in to the housekeeping of Illumina CMS i get the same error every time :s

Incorrect login

And i know i'm typing the good username & Pass.

Go to your database and find hk_fuses and see which rank is required to login. This is most likely your problem. Illumina have rank 9 as minium rank for logging in and 11 for the rest. You can simply change these by editing minrank.

Are your user rank high enough to access the ase?

My rank is 7..... Owner, i dont know if i can choose rank 9 becuz rank 7 is Owner/founder?

If rank 7 is your hotel's highest rank, change minrank for everything in hk_fuses from 9/11 to 7.
