IIS7 Phpretro wont install? please help

Im on a windows server 2008, using IIS7 and my phpretro wont install please tell me how to fix the following , thanks !

Can you tell me where to get apache ,how to install it , and how to install mod_rewrite

You need to use URL Rewrite Module for IIS7 and convert the mod_rewrite (.htaccess) to a web.config file. This is the only errors you get.
